Mt. Kenya

These photos were taken over the two year period that I lived in Nanyuki, Kenya as a Peace Corps Volunteer.  Many of the photos come from an 18 day course that I attended when NOLS (National Outdoor Leadership School) still offered these classes.

When hiking Mt. Kenya, you will arrive at the summit at sunrise because you start out from the base camp at about 2 am the same morning.
