    The end of corruption?

When the new president took over, I heard that he was tough on corruption does anyone know if that attitude continued?

Yes, the new president still had the same attitude as the former president.  Some say he's worst than Moi.  Other say Moi should come back to power and rule Kenya again.  Kenya government still the same and will never change.  Government Officials are used to hand out and corruption will still be there, when your Head of State himself is corrupted as the little fish.

In African Nations everybody wants to be in power: reason is that power comes with richness(money and land).  No one will turn that down.
